I have a very small  Yellow blemy, I've had him for a few months. He's
approx a little morwe then an inch now. Is there anyway to make him grow
faster? I know its a dumb question, but I thought I'd ask anyway

Maybe that is the maximum size it will attain.
If you feed them a lot, I suppose that they will grow at a fast rate,
but overfed fish probably have a shorter life than slim ones.
