The anemone does not like it's position. It's up to
you to figure out why. It might also be trying to
get away from the clownfish.

My anemone is annoyed by my aggressive clowns. It goes where ever it wants
to. Funny how the clowns get that frustrated look on their faces when the
anemone doesn't want to play.

Don't worry about the clown fish for the moment.  I think the question
is why the anemone is hiding.  I may not like your water parameters,
lighting, etc.  It will eventually come out to get more light, and be
sure to reward it with a silverside.

How do you do that?  Anemones really don't like to be moved.  Don't
fight it.

1. do not touch the anemone, do not relocate it... let it be where it wants to be.
2. clowns will be fine, do not worry about them.
3. get some books from the library or bookstore about sea anemones/clownfish.

I can highly recommend two books you have to read to be successful:
"Clownfishes" by Joyce D. Wilkerson
"Host Sea Anemone Secrets" by Dr. Ron Shimek
