Pump question

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me out here...

As you may or may not know, more and more computer using folk (like me)
are turning to water cooling for their PCs, rather than just by
conventional fans.

Now, the problem I'm having is with pumps. I recently bought a Hydor
Seltz L20 II. It rattled. It rattled so much that it's snapped the
blades off the impeller. I fear that there may be a defect with the
motor, which is causing it to rotate at an angle (a new impeller will
not fix this problem). I am obviously going to return this pump, but
after reading reviews on the net, i have found other people find it
rattles too.

What I am asking is for some advice on what would be a better pump to
buy, on a low budget. Does Hydor have a good/bad reputation? Did i just
get a 1 off dodgy unit? The pump needs to be quiet, but also have a
decent flow output and able to produce a decent amount of pressure.

Thanks for your advice guys, looking forward to some interesting responses

regards,
Andrew Bullock
