hi all, i´m new on this forum and i know nothing about medicin, i have just
a cat that goes to "bath" very frecuently, around 10 or 12 times per day.
he´s in that way since saturday 17, he pisses almost nothing each time but
looks like obsesioned with that. I dont know if it could be a kidney
problem.

Yesterday and today, the cat is better, looks more or less fine.
what could it be the reason of his conduct?

Is a young cat (about a year), castrated and vacunated.

Thanks and excuse my poor english...

It could be a urinary tract infection. You should have a vet look at him to
be sure. If it is that it should be pretty easy to cure. Good luck!

If this is a male cat and he's going to the litter box that often with no
results or little at all you need to get him to the vets ASAP.  In a male
cat with a blockage and this sounds like what it could be then he needs
immediate attention.  If he blocks off completely he can die in less than 24
hours.

The cat is not blocked at all, is like you were to bath ten times per day
and try to piss every times... you get some drops of, and nothing else...
So, the cat looks in a well state of heath, plays with the other cats,
runs...etc. maybe it was an infection of the urinary tract. Now is much
better.

thx all
