foal born with milk and weak tendons

i am wondering if anyone has seen or even heard of a foal being born with
milk. i have a quaterhorse filly that is aobut one week old and she has
milk. she was also born with weak tendons.

Milk, or a thin mammary glandular secretion? I'd be surprised if she had
actual milk, but I've heard of pretty much any mammal (including human)
neonate occasionally having a thin secretion from the mammary glands
around the time of birth, and I was told it is probably due to the
influence of mom's hormones.
