.........what do you mean by a traveling vet?  Do you mean a mobile vet who
would come to your house with a van stocked with EKG, etc.?  What exactly do
you need?

Try here
..American Association of Housecall Vets:
http://www.athomevet.org/
There are possibly those who have not joined this organization, so I'd page
through the yellow pages and start calling any that claim they're mobile.

Well, if I were you, I would start by looking at the online directory of
diplomate cardiologists at the website of the American College of
Veterinary Internal Medicine. I have taken the liberty of checking on your
behalf. There are 5 cardiologists listed in the state of Michigan:

William Brown, Birmingham
Renee Riepe, Bloomfield Hills
N. Bari Olivier, E. Lansing
Gregg Rapoport, Southfield
Laura Anne DeLellis, Southfield

Of course they may or may not all be in practice. I recognize a couple of
retired folks elsewhere on the list. And who knows if any of them do any
sort of traveling.

It also occurs to me that generally speaking one is referred to a
specialist on the advice of a general practicioner. Have you spoken to
your regular veterinarian about getting an appointment for your pet with a
cardiologist?

Yes, I have talked to a vet about a specialist. She
mentioned Dr Brown but he doesn't travel any more.
She didn't know of any other traveling vets. Thanks
for the astounding research.

My cat saw Dr. Brown at my vet's office.  So Dr. Brown doesn't travel
anymore??  Too bad.  He is really good.  I also am aware that there is a
cardiologist at MVS in Southfield (Mich Veterinary Specialists) but that
doctor doesn't travel either.
