The pathology showed no cancer. YEAH! But now we don't know why the lymph
nodes are all inflamed, or why he's lost so much weight, or has the
flatulence.
Could he still have IBD? I'm going to talk to the vet again today and ask
him to work together with the specialist.
Any thoughts?

Yes, it could still be IBD. In fact, at this point, it's the most
likely diagnosis, I'd estimate. Lymph node inflammation is a symptom
of IBD as well as lymphoma, as are weight loss, flatulence and all of
the other symptoms you described.

yeah, that's what I would guess. I'm so glad it is NOT the big C (not that
IBD is anything to sneeze at, but at least it isn't AS bad.)
