What a bad idea.
I nominate this list for the "uniformed, anecdotal, bad experience" list.

I couldn't find any information whatsoever on who owns and operates this
list. And out of 20 messages I sampled at random, not a single one
identified who posted it. They're all totally anonymous. A first name only
in one or two cases, but nothing at all for the others. No name, no email
address, not even an originating IP address. In fact, most say they were
posted by "Bad Veterinarian List."
For all you can tell, every message could have been invented and posted by
the owner of the list.
Bad idea. Really bad.

Aw heck, I was hoping for an extension of the bad kitty/bad dog collections.
