His ISP which is Earthlink, probably canceled his account and banned him for newsgroup abuse, harassing people in the most of the pet newsgroups and sending hateful unwanted email which the other person did not ask from. The day I see Earthlink cancel an account for abuse is the day I expect to see AOL cancel 1000 accounts. The only accounts they cancel are the ones that haven't been paid.
