Hi, i was wondering if anyone here any type of info or help.
I have a 8 year old tabby cat(think garfield but dumber) who has been
diangnosed with Mega(meca?) Colon, its been causing some sever blockage,
cat cannot seem to take a dump to say his life. Vet has prescribed
Lactose(twice a day) and another kind of medicine that is suppose to
restrict the colon tube but neither seems to work, been spending
aproximatly $90-120 a week getting my cat Enema's.needless to say its
costing me abit of money and i may not be able to afford treatment soon.
People keep saying i should put him to sleep but that seems a very
stupid reason to do that.
Any type of info or help is appreciated.
      Thanx,
        Chris

Megacolon in more severe cases is a surgical disease. Check out this link :
