West Nile virus vaccine licensed  for horses

The USDA announced today that it issued a license for a vaccine to
protect horses from viremia caused by the West Nile virus.

..........and no, before anyone asks, dogs don't need a vax for this
disease.

Fort Dodge has been selling one for three years and Merck for two (on
provisional license).

...........so I guess they've *tested* it on enough horses by now..... ;-)
