Reporting an unethical vet?

Your state issues a license to every vet or other professional. It is
this licensing office that you report problems to. The office that
gives the license can take the license away. Ask your state, something
like Office of Professional Licensing. It is probably the same office
that licenses doc nurses and others. You need to find out what office
or agency in your particular state regulates the licenses of vets. You
may also wish to look into the licensing of the vet clinic, which can
be a separate complaint.
