I have found this puppy outside this morning..it had froze it's feet over
night i assume. I had taken the puppy away from the owners...I'm in
manitoba....in the north. so it is still winter here. The puppy was outside
the door trying to get in...standing on snow and ice all night. it had froze
it's front feet...I'm not sure about the rear feet.
I really want to save this puppy. the puppy looks to be about 3-4 weeks old.

please...can someone help.?

Yikes, do you have a vet you can take it to?  No one can really help
with something like this over the internet... it needs to be seen to
determine if anything needs to be done to help prevent dead tissue or
infection from setting in, or spreading if has already set in.

I don't understand what the poor thing was doing out all night in the
freezing weather, away from it's mother.
