First off, I'd recommend having another blood sample done to verify that the
blood glucose is normal. If it still shows normal glucose, you might want
to have a fructosamine level done. That checks to see what your glucose has
been over the last 2 weeks. If it's normal, then you know for sure that you
don't have diabetes.
If you truly have glucose in the urine with normal blood glucose, then
you've either got renal tubular disease (kidney disease), or Fanconi's (rare
syndrome mainly in Basenji's), or primary renal glucosuria (another rare
disease). Your vet should be able to distinguish between these with
comprehensive bloodwork and urine analysis for protein, amino acids, etc.
I've never seen any kind of UTI alter the urine glucose results, and stones
certainly shouldn't do it!
Good luck

Thanks for the reply.
I've also checked her urine for ketones, and there aren't any. The vet
said that everything in the bloodwork and urine was normal, except the
white blood cells were a little high...and they were even lower when
the second urine sample was taken.
She's a Choc Lab/Collie Cross - and only just over a year and a half
old. How serious are the conditions that you mentioned? The vet did
mention these, but said that the blood work results just wasn't there
to support it.
