I had a similar thing happen a month ago.
With many more complications, but a blockage WAS involved.
If it's a blockage ..it needs a vet NOW.
Emergency vets are more expensive, find someone or a specialist who will
take her NOW.
My puppy swallowed a chicken wing. the whole ordeal ended up with a
perforation of the intestine, resulting in peritonitis, and as a result,
the omentum (membrane encasing the intestines) reacted, trying to plug the
hole, resulting in omentum plastering itself all over the intestines so
tightly that this resulted in intestinal blockage due to adhesions.
My puppy had tissue death, septic peritonitis, intestinal intusseption,
requiring intestinal resection.
Because of complications, We used an equity loan on the house to pay the
bill. With nocomplications, as I figured the bill, plus the time.. I'd
guess around $3K. (assuming you are in the US)
Goodluck! I hope it turns out not serious.

This is serious, and cannot wait!
Many dogs have suffered and, in some cases, died after eating a corn
cob, when the corn cob caused partial or complete intestinal
obstruction.
