Felv+ kittens

What can be done for Felv+ kittens?  Vet recommends euthanasia.

Keep them indoors, isolated from any FeLV- cats
Keep them healthy
Feed them well
Have regular veterinary exams
Use antibiotics when indicated
Consider long-term interferon therapy
Retest them in 6 months.  If positive, then they'll always be positive.  
If negative, they've likely cleared the virus (just like any other virus).
Vaccinate them for rabies and FVRCP as indicated by your veterinarian
Euthanize them only if they're quality of life is poor. This may be next
month or several years from now.

Some of these suggestions may change based on the kittens' age and
current health status.
