My dog has been limping for a couple of months on her front right leg. I had
taken her to a vet and x-rays were obtained but they did not see anything.
She was put on an anti-inflammatory medicaion also.
Tonight I just noticed that she has a small pea sized lump in the arm pit of
the same leg. Could this be a tendon (swelling) or a lymph node? I am
thinking this is why she is limping.
The anti inflammatory medication seems to help a little and maybe I should
give it to her everyday and also just a thought, could she have an infection?

I certainlly think she needs to see the vet again.

I agree I'd have this biopsied to see what's going on.
