No one wants to move to Miami yet? I think the selling point of fun, sun
and sand in FL must have lost it's luster compared with crippling property
taxes, hurricances and the cost of home insurance. Though it's an excellent
time to buy a home here now.......if you can find anyone besides Canadians
who are doing so.
