hi my tom boo is acting strange and can't relive himself and he growls and
hisses alot when he walks he won't eat at all and the vet i used to go to
moved to another town i'm worried sick about him.

I'm going to assume this is a serious post, and will answer accordingly.

Please take Boo to a veterinarian. You don't have to have a relationship
with him/her, yet. You will after this appointment. Call the closest
hospital and tell them your cat can't urinate, and they should find time
to see him one way or another.

Assuming (again) that "can't relieve himself" means he can't urinate,
Boo is in a life-threatening situation and needs to be seen immediately!!

easy said then done i live out in the contray and i can't drive since i'm
under aged i'll see if i get my grandmother to help me out with this
hopefully she can help me find a vet to help him.

boo passed away... his memery will never be forgotten we will rember him
always as the cat who liked a pritty grey lady-cat...
