My dog had 5 teeth pulled this past Tuesday. I would like to know when will
it be safe (so not to cause pain) to start his brushing routine again. Also
I have him on a soft diet....when will I know to switch him back to a dry
diet? The sheet they gave me says a few days. I'm scared to hurt him by
letting him eat dry to soon.

Thanks

Put down the dry.  He won't eat it if it hurts him :-).  I'd wait a week or
so before brushing, as the gums may still be sensitive.  You're probably
fine to start sooner, but it won't hurt to wait a little just in case.

Several months ago my dog had 4 extractions. The directions from my vet were
to moisten kibble with water for one week. After a week it was OK to resume
dry kibble feeding and brushing.
