Dog Vomiting

I came home tonight and found that my dog had vomited 3x on the floor.

After cleaning it up I took her outside for a short walk. We came in and she
drank a bunch of water. She held it down for only about 10 minutes before
she vomited it back up.

I cleaned that up and a she drank a bunch more water which she held down for
about 20-30 minutes before vomiting that up too.

I called my mother to ask her if she fed her anything unusual tonight (I was
not home so my mom came by to feed and walk her). She said no, she just fed
her the usual scoop of kibble. (The vomit only appeared to have kibble in
it, which seems to back up my mother's story).

I am wondering what could be wrong. Any ideas? I will call the vet in the
morning.

When you dog is voming like that, DO NOT give it water!  You need to take up
the water and food.  All the water does is induce more vomiting, as you can see
that is what happened.  Hope you got her to the vet.
