He seems to be having trouble swimming compared to my other barbs. He
was up until today one of the larger healthier looking out of my nine
tiger barbs. He seems to be bent, and breathing heavily. He didn't show

I setup a tank about 5 weeks ago and I thought it has cycled.  Anyway, I
added several more fish about a week ago.  Now I have 2 dead fish in two
days.  I have a 55 gallon tank, XP3 Filstar filter, and 2 Hagen powerheads.
I tested the water and had no ammonia but my Nitrite level ...

theres a patch of blue green algae in my tank at the moment that's slowly

If i let new born guppies roam free in the tank with the mother how do
i feed them cos i know you gotta feed them several times a day.

Using my chlorine/chloramine/ammonia eliminator drops my pH by about 0.2 in
15 minutes, which is also what happens when I age the water for about 36
hours.  So I'm thinking if I just age the water I can stop buying the
purifier.  But, I don't know whether ageing also eliminates ...

I've got an eheim 2213, and need to add Medication for Ich.  Does the
EhfiSubstrate absorb the meds, I put them in last night and this morning the
water was crystal clear if not, any idea what happened to the blue tinge?
