I have a tank with just a few plants in it, 2 medium size and 2 small, not
sure of the variety. At first they were losing leaves like crazy. I replaced
my bulb with a grow bulb, and added some plant fertilizer, and they seem to
be doing fine now, for the past month.

My mollies seems to always be looking around for food, if they can get away
from the rampant male for 5 seconds.... is this normal or should I feed them
until they stop looking for food?

I have a sword tail and a molly that have the shimmy disease, or what
ever it is that causes them to do that.  Is there anyone who knows the
cause and cure of this syndrome?

Just wondering what, if anything, should be cleaned in a tank, and how often
if at all.
I know you don't want to get rid of any of the beneficial bacteria...

Anyone know where i should start my search for complete tank setups with
stands at reasonable prices? Big Al's? Also does anyone know what the
standard measurements of 90, 110 and 125 gallon tanks are? Any help

I am in the 3'rd week of (fishless) cycling of a new, standard dimension
55 gal tank, and pondering this stocking question: Are cory cats and
otos compatible? I'd ultimately like to stock the tank with about 20

For about 2 years I've had about 8 or 9 Platys in my community
tank. Then last August a few more Fry than usual survived and
it went up to 20, now I notice with some nervousness that another
20 or so pink specs seem to have survived and look set to grow
