Okay, At first i thought the flakes were just too big, but now i'm starting
to worry.  One of my fish has been swimming around erratically and vomiting
up his food, repeatedly, after eating it.   I think there is some sort of

I once saw a table online that listed dilution rates vs. percentage of water
exchanged. Does anyone have a link to a calculator to measure this? Also
what percentage of water needs to be exchanged before osmotic pressure shock
