I have had this tank for about 25 years. It is a plate glass tank that measure 48L X 16D X 32H Which were the same size/shape as a Perfecto's 110 gallon tank. Currently it is on a pine stank with cabnit that the base contact with the floor if 1x2's laying flat. This is on carpet.

Yesterday, I had one of my regular customers tell me that he puts 2 tsp. of sugar in his 15g tank and it helps with plant growth and makes the fish healthier. This is completely new to me and seems rather bizarre. What next, Mrs. Dash or Worchestershire sauce? I'm thinking
