   I have a 55g tank that I've had for a little over a year. I've never had
a problem with any of the fish until recently.
   First I noticed my 3 goldfish and my 2 black mollies started acting like
they were sick .They would sit at the bottom of the tank and not even move

please help if you can...
i've had this 20 gallon freshwater tank for about 8 years.  some of the fish
have been there that long.  I just have blackskirt tetras, neons, a couple
plecos and a couple catfish.  everything has been great until now.

I have a stunning but reclusive gibbiceps catfish who lives in a terracotta
urn in my Juwel 180 aquarium. I see the whole fish once every few weeks (and
he's always bigger than I remembered!) and the rest of the time I can only
see the tip of his tale. I say "his" - "he" might be ...

I have an aquarium that is painted blue on the outside, so the inside of the
aquarium is glass but the outside is blue. I would like to strip the blue

I just cleaned my Betta's bowl, and her Java Moss suddenly has a white
powdery "dandruff" all over it. It's actually flaking off of the moss
and it's all over the place. She seems fine but I am worried. Any idea
what this is and how I should treat it?

I just wanted to warn anyone that buys fish mail order  "SOMETHINGSPHISHY"
and my experience.  I spent $200 on my order for 4 fish.. (1)blue phantom
pleco...it had severe fin damage........(1) long tailed blue ram....bloodshot
eyes(1) showcase red Cherry flowerhorn....doesn't look ...

They were moving in the sack and had eaten a huge part of the inside
away so I thought It wouldnt't hurt to release them.  Now then just
sit there with there opurculum closed.  What is is gestation peorio of
a brown apple snail and is it ok to open the package early?

Where can I get PEAT for lowering PH etc without buying that $$$ stuff
that comes in 6 ounce boxes at the local fish store?
I am talking what sort of Peat do I get in large volumes... like a 25
pound bag of the stuff and where might I possibly find it?
