I bought a group of small fish sold as Lamp Eye Tetra in my LFS. I have looking up this fish on the internet, and the pictures and discriptions of the Lamp Eye Tetra all show a red eyed fish, whereas my fish has a really bright blue bar above it's eyes, with a pale blue grey body ...

hi i have a small tank and im confused how often i have to change the filter i have 37redwage platies 2 mollies and 2 tetras and 1 shubunkin i have a 10 gal and a Aqua-tech 5-15 gal filter. how often do i have to change the filters. If any one knows please tell me... in advance ...

I've got ich in a small tank. A pleco and a couple of gouramis have it bad. Raised temp to 84deg. Added 1tsp/gal kosher salt. Have done 2 Rid-Ich treatments, plan to do one more. Why am I instructed to do partial water changes during treatment? Seems to

how often r u soppose to cange y u fillter? i have a small fish aquarum and it contains 37 red platy fry, 2 white mollies, 2 yellow mollies,1 red platy and 2 black skirt tetras. water quality is around 7ph?

Anyone kept these little beauts? Local dealer has some in. Water here is about pH 8 and so hard you can file yer nails on it.

Current tank is a Juwel Rio 180 (fresh water) with the original 600L powerhead wired with the timer-switched lighting circuit, so it's running for roughly 10 hours a day. I've always done this for *many* years of fishkeeping.
