fish27 May 2008 22:45 GMT1
I have a skull but one fish is hogging it. I want my other fish to go
in it but they can't. I belive that one fish went in the skull but
when I looked in there the fish that went in there was dead. I think
that the fish that is usually in there killed it.
My Guppy Mystery?27 May 2008 03:07 GMT3
I'm trying yet again with guppies. I've had a tank for over 40 years, so
I know mostly what's going on.... at least most of the time. Here's the
story. I found a new home for my breeding pair of severums, and bought 3
pair of yellow body red tailed fancy guppies from a local ...

My guppy looks like she has been pregnant for six months, is that
possible? If so, how long does she stay pregnant?
Or, do I just have a FAT guppy?
reef tank problems!! HELP!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!22 May 2008 16:15 GMT2
We have a well established 180gal reef tank.  My father inadvertently added
WAY too much calcium chloride on Sunday.  Tuesday I noticed a dead fish.
Yesterday I scooped out 5 more and today I don't see the last couple.  The
2.5' long waving hands looks almost dead, the 1.5' leather ...
Algae eaters19 May 2008 20:20 GMT1
I'm raising a nice brood of guppies in a 55 gallon tank with 2 tuxedo
catfish, and a few small plants. Can I introduce a few glass sucking algae
eaters, or will they eat my babies? Thanks!
Beginner aquarium plants and lights18 May 2008 00:51 GMT3
I'm interested in adding live plants to my tank.  Does anyone know plants
that may fit this description...easy to care for, grow fast, won't be eaten
by tigerbarbs (or gourami, zebra danios), and don't require much light.  And
plants that are carried by most fish stores.
Away two weeks, on timer, what food?17 May 2008 22:47 GMT5
I did test my auto feeder for three clown loach and three tetra. Just
stuck flakes in. They were one solid mess a few days later due to the
humidity from the tank. So, how do I use an auto feeder please? It's
one of the Juwel ones, and I cut a hole in my lid for it.
Fiddler crab and crayfish15 May 2008 00:28 GMT2
I have a fiddler crab in a 10 gallon tank with brackish water.  I want to
get a crayfish.  Will they get along OK?  Also, do crayfish thrive in
brackish water?  Thanks.
Need to know how to use antibiotics08 May 2008 00:50 GMT4
I didn't really get an answer to thsi question; trying again.
I have tetras with columnaris, and the instructions that come with the
antibiotics are as clear as mud.
Using Aquarium Pharmaceuticals bifuran.   Also picked up some maracyn1 and
questions about cycling, bifuran and biowheel03 May 2008 05:35 GMT2
I don't know if my cycling is halfway under control or not.   Several people
on one of these lists advised me to keep my pH and temperature even when
making water changes - have obtained second air pump setup, heater and
thermometer and am doing much better with happier fish.    ...
