My Blue Head has plucked all of her green breast feathers, leaving the down.
It has been two months and no new growth. Shedid it after our son went back
to college. Any suggestions?

We've been bird-sitting a Brown Headed Parrot for about 6 months.
A real clown. Loves me hates wife.

Has anyone ever had a situation where the male budgie died and after

I'm always amazed at new words and phrases.  I don't even know where he
