Okay, I have heard that Sun Conures are know for screeching but what
can I do....he/she is okay if he's with me or eating but leave him
alone, even after saying bye before I leave, and he starts screeching
and might stop for a few minutes but as soon as he hears or sees

From the Petco bin o' budgies, clipped.
Tentatively a "he" but still hard to tell by cere.
He's very young (guessing no more than 3 months, tops)
and I've had him for about 3 weeks.  It's just the two

I just brought home a parakeet who has a dark, almost black cere with
a granulated appearance.  I'm not sure if this is a case of mites or
if it's a female parakeet who is sexually mature.

Well I took my newley accuired rescue macaw to the vet today for an exam and
trim. All went well, but she told me to not feed alot of the seed type food.
She recomended some sort of froot loops type stuff and  ( zupreen) I think.
Anyone have any experince with this and what do ...

Might there be a reason for this other than the bird likes to chew stuff?
Maybe something in the cement perch that is needed in the diet?

Ok so I have my second pet now, a parakeet.  Just picked him up today
and is in a cage for my condo. Right now he is a super scared and will

i think!) and reciently bought a cocatiel (pearl i think, grey, white, and
yellow) the person said it was a girl but i plan on breeding them, how can i
