Earlier thsi week I posted a message about my LFS identifying a fish incorrectly that I had bought, I went back and now confirmed what it should be, which is a Pseudotropheus magpie. I cannot find out anything about this fish. Has anyone out there ever come across it?

So I happen to another tank ..... that I am going to use for a hospital or feeder tank. so I pulled out some gravel from my big tank (55) becuase even though I have live plants I got WAY to much gravel in there....

I'm trying to take some photos of my Africans - are there any tips or any useful websites? Is there any way to take clear pictures without waiting for ages for them to stay still? TIA.

I have an Angel in a small tank (about 40 litres) and a couple of baby Electric Yellows. About six or eight weeks ago I dropped a large sharp rock on him and took a chunk of skin off him about 1.5 cm wide.

It seems to have on their bodies and some parts of their bodies now.. I give them live feed what should I do ? Advise. Is that a disease ? They look like some dust like white... very very tiny. The other fishes do not seems affected in a 29 Gallon tank.

do labidochromis have teeth? I've just noticed today that mine seem to have little red teeth, around 1/2 - 1 mm long. I never noticed them before, they are red and spikey.. maybe they ate something red and it showed up the teeth? I just want to make sure it's not a parasite or ...

One of my red peacocks will occasionally stop where he is, and extend all his fins to the fullest while opening his mouth really wide, all for just a second and then he carries on. What's that mean? I haven't seen any of the rest do that.
