i have a 20 gal. with mbuna in it. the past week or so, my yellow lab had been sort of affectionate toward my bumblbee (m. Crabro). that had cooled down some, but my yellow lab (which i was 90% sure was a male) now appears to be holding. i am pretty sure this cannot be

The shop advised me to add salt if I were to put a moray eel. Since I already have a successful formula in keeping a tanganykan tank, I did not add salt, even though tanganykan cichlids can sustain some salt. It has been one week since inception of a 1 foot moray eel.

I just add to my tank a 5 inch female fiddler crab(both claws same size) I started to combine red crabs and fiddler crabs in my tanganykan cichlids

I keep getting a lot of algea on my glass, even after faithfully and once a week water changes, once a month complete water change and "scrub". I have a plecky, and I was wondering using a algea destroying or treatment will hurt the pleco in my cichlid tank.
