I have had my new baby oscar for 12 days now (he's 2.5in), and I just noticed last night he has some tiny tiny white dots on his head and one on his right side fin. They seem to be raised. I immediately thought he had Ich, but in my experience, this usually effects the fins before

Seriously, do these cichlids have egos? We all seem to want to attribute human emotions to these fish to explain fighting. Are we just fooling ourselves? Curious eh...? NetMax mentioned how one fish, seeing squabbling between two potential tank

8" Red Devil in a 55gallon hospital tank. 80degF, with Baktopur tretament every 2nd day.. ie: Every 2nd day, the fish is dropped into a new fresh tank of aged and aerated water with new Baktopur.
