5 yrs ago I had 3 55 gal tanks and a 75 gal tank with cichlids in them (red
devil, Oscar, Jack Dempsey). I enjoyed the fish so much. But due to life
getting in the way I ended up selling/giving away my tanks and fish. I've
regretted ever since not just somehow putting the tanks ...

I'm converting a 72 gal. bowfront tank from a reef tank to an african
cichlid tank.
What type lighting and filtration do I need ?
I have a large Coralife light with 2 21" actinic bulbs and 2 21" 10,000K

First some background.
I have had my 55gal freshwater tank for about 8 months now.  I have kept
various tropicals in it with varying levels of success.
Currently, I have 5 neon tetras, 3 corys, 2 platy's and 1 female betta.
