My grilfriend and I just purchased a house about 7 months ago and along with

Vet stumped -- any advice?10 Dec 2003 14:42 GMT29
My four year old ferret, Riki, is having some health problems.  About
eight months ago, right before he was due for his annual vaccinations,
we noticed that he had been having some diarrhea.  It actually went on
for a week or so, but he seemed fine otherwise, and since we were
Results mixed; whiffle balls fun for a minute.10 Dec 2003 14:11 GMT2
If only the furballs knew; if they only knew the great lengths went in order
to find them whiffle balls.  Driving clear across town in holiday traffic
in hopes I would find them a new toy.  In hopes they would have something
near 'grocery bag' level of fun to play with.
Season's Greetings09 Dec 2003 17:55 GMT2
Hello, everyone. 'Tis me, Dee, dropping in for her quarterly check-in.
It's nice to see everyone getting along. I'm so disappointed that I missed
Paul's Turkey Day tribute. I'll have to google it.
News: Down to 4 fur kids. Has been a sad year. This is what happens when you
Damn the toys!!09 Dec 2003 15:53 GMT17
Damn you Barbie, Fischer-Price, Leap Frog, Builder Bob, and all the stuffed
animals... all I want are some whiffle balls for my ferrets.  Have you ever
tried finding whiffle balls in winter, and around Christmas time??  Target,
Walmart, Toys-R-Us... it's as if they don't exist!  ...
The Return Of Bikerferret... Part 209 Dec 2003 13:54 GMT15
We once again will prepare our home, and ourselves for the return of
our Royal Liege, Lucifer, aka Bikerferret as he graces these lands
this side of the 'pond' with his royal presence. We are so unworthy of
such an honor as a visit from His Highness, but we shall strive to

teeth cleaning08 Dec 2003 23:59 GMT2
Does anyone know what is involved in having my vet clean one of my
ferrets teeth?  Is anesthesia necessary, or can they be cleaned while
he is awake?  I normally clean them myself but I guess it needs a
professional job.  thanks
bonded pairs?08 Dec 2003 16:59 GMT2
I've noticed the term "bonded pair" used on several shelter websites.  What
exactly is this?
Are pairs always male & female?
My own experince with our four seems to support the term.  Almost

New ferrets07 Dec 2003 22:18 GMT1
Well, we passed the RSPCA inspection, and now have two new Ferrets. Picked
them up Friday night, and they are already playing with our existing 5. I am
in the process of building a new cage for them, its a converted Book Case,
and will give them a cage that is 38 inches wide, 15 ...
