Last night I noticed one of my ferrets had a watery looking eye. This morning the eye had a fairly thin, greenish-yellow crust on the fur; it seemed to keep his eye shut. Using a warm, wet washcloth, I removed the crud.

i just recently purchased 2 ferrets from pet co they were in the same cage and seemed to get along. there is a female and a male. the female would instigate fights with the male.somtiemes its the other way around. it doesnt seem like there playing due to the hissing and yelps ...

Well, after getting my 2 ferrets to happily live with my Fiancée's 3, we have taken the plunge and stopped at the local RSPCA to look into adopting another ONE to even up the numbers. Mistake number 1, never set a number to adopt!!
