| Hair loss on stomach | 27 Jan 2004 19:24 GMT | 2 |
One of my ferret's is around 4 years old. I have noticed that he has lost most of his hair on his stomach. It also, almost looks like he has 6 small nipples as if he was a female. I never noticed this before (considering he had the hair). All of his normal habits are fine. ...

Well, I'm asking for some help here. Seems that family situations are changing here, and soon we'll all be living apart. Neither of us will be able to take the ferts with us. The gang of 7 will be needing a good home. If only I lived near Cap, they'd love him.

Ive decided to leave, not that most of you care, or are interested. Feel free to reply to my threads but I wont be around to read them. I dont take to kindly to people insinuating that I dont know bunk all about ferrets. I simply came on to find out if my hunches were correct (note ...

and look what happens. Elite hackers threatening to post Chris's penis size and Seeanna's bust measurements. Buster gets his nuts cut off, and Steve is brushing his teeth with ferret poo. At least Lin got out to get her kids so I guess it's not all a dismal picture.

It seems that one of my ferrets has decided that the 2nd tier shelf cormer is the place where she wants to go now. I am looking for a way to prevent this. Otherwise she is getting very good with the litter box but I must admit I keep an eye on her most of the day and during ...

Someone on one of our Dutch forums has/had 2 males and a female living in a very large cage. She's had them for about 6 months. Tuesday night the males slaughtered the female together, they ripped her throat and killed her. Normally they're the sweetest ferrets, and in fact they ...

| Buster is castrated... | 23 Jan 2004 20:29 GMT | 11 |
Today was the day - Buster got his balls cut off. I took him to the vet in the morning, he got weighed (2kg!) and then I had to leave. When I called in at 2pm, his temperature was still low, so they had put him on a heating pillow. Calling back at 4pm, I was finally allowed to pick

Longish post, sorry. I've had ferrets of all kinds for at least 12 years, but this one has me baffled. Back story.

Hana, Queen of the "courtesy poo", gets treats when she is out of her cage. She takes them and stashes them in her hidey hole. She never eats them. Of course, the treats get old and I throw them away. She loves taking
