This is my first post here, but I need help. My oldest ferret is getting really rough looking. She's missing almost all her fur on her tail, and it's thin everywhere else. She also has a problem eating solid food, I have to pour water on her food to soften it for her. Also she ...

| Nail clipping | 04 Mar 2004 01:39 GMT | 11 |
I have one ferret who seems like he doesn't know that scruffing is supposed to calm him down. He bites and scratches and squirms so badly that we can't hold him long enough to clip his nails. NONE of the other ferrets do this - they are all wonderful.

I'm getting my first ferret Sunday and have been here a few weeks doing research. I'm not sure that this newsgroup is for me (I'm not used to flaming posts, we don't get them very often on the quilting and clutter newsgroups I participate in), but I do need

Hello, everyone. Most of you don't know me. I do see a few names that I still know. I stop in now and then to say hello and see how everyone is doing. Today I'm here to talk about a different topic... seizures. Around 11:30 p.m., just as I was falling asleep, I heard my ferret ...

| Rambling | 02 Mar 2004 09:05 GMT | 7 |
I think I've posted I rehab biters for the local shelter and the occassional kit who needs more attention than the breeder has time for. I've got this big, fine point sable boy, about 6 mos old. He was one that grabbed, let go to get a better hold and held on tight. He had to be ...
