Ferret Head Trauma - HELP!22 Jan 2005 18:23 GMT6
My Wilson was hurt this afternoon.  His left eye is swollen, he threw up, he
had either extremely runny diarrhea or extremely dark urine and was
stumbling around falling onto his left side.  I called the vet and took him
right in.  They checked him over and gave him 3 cc's of ...

Four paragraphs into my introduction, questions, etc, and Cobble runs
across the keyboard, deleting everything ;)
Ok, again:  Hi, my name is Kyla, I'm a first-time ferret owner.  I've

Keeping ferrets happy and flea-free21 Jan 2005 05:24 GMT6
I thought I'd ask now before the summer. Our doggies and cat bring in the
odd flea so we use a product called 'Program'.......(when we first moved in
the previous people had cats and it took us months to get rid of them....it
was awful! so I'm probably a bit neurotic!!!) Our vet ...
well....(crosspost)21 Jan 2005 03:24 GMT4
We took Puddy and Zoe to the vet.  Puddy was just for a rabies vac. and nail
trimming.  No big deal.  We felt like Zoe had gotten a little bit bigger of
a belly before we left to see Mom for Christmas, but she didn't seem to be
in any pain and everything else was normal.  So we ...

What kind of litter box?20 Jan 2005 12:50 GMT4
My son has a 9 mo old male named Bacchus.  The little fuzzy has grown up
nicely, healthy, strong, very beautiful and generally well behaved.  B has a
utility room set up as his "cage", very nicely furnished.  He's frequently
allowed to come out, roam the apartment and play with the ...
Question for the UK people17 Jan 2005 20:29 GMT2
What is "cat flu"?  I heard that it is not distemper, but my source was not
sure what it actually was.
Introducing Slinky14 Jan 2005 01:54 GMT5
Those of you who know me from other boards have known about Slinky for
a while, but for those who only post here, ferret math has struck us
again.
After losing Sunshine so abruptly, I wasn't thinking about bringing any
Does the benefits outweigh the risks13 Jan 2005 22:50 GMT6
I am talking about vaccinations...
I have a friend who has had a fert for 7 years that is unvaccinated. It is
unvaccinated because she had one that got vaccinated and it died as a
result. I have read and heard that adverse reactions are usually pretty bad

there are a few questions I have that I cannot find the information on. So
I thought I'd contact you guys and get it from the horse's ...

basically for the Christmas season.
