I'm fascinated that some ferrets are cuddlers, i.e., they like to be held or curl up next to people. There were even pictures here of a ferret cuddling with a cat! Others seem to want relatively little to do with humans. Unless you have a treat, of course.

I actually thought that Commando Fuzz would be a good place to learn about ferrets. I applied, and was accepted. Not more than 24 hours later I started receiving hate mail from the owner of that group. Learned my lesson.
