Last Mon, there was an ad in our newspaper's Lost & Found section - "Found,
ferret, in Hedges St area. xxx/xxx-xxxx" By Wed, the ad was still in, so I
decided to call the person. After all, not many people know how to take care
of a ferret if they've had no experience doing so.

Here's what I do and it seems to work for us.   I have a very very sensitive
nose, so I keep it pretty clean or my stomach churns. LOL  Hopefullly this
info may help some newbie out there.
I use Johnny Cat litter in the blue bag because it seems to smell the best,

Swivel again...she loves the shower, though she doesn't get the chance
too often. I only bath the ferrets once or twice a year at most.

Soon after Swivel arrive here, she had a litter(2002). What a way to be
thrown in the deep end with ferrets. It was a scary but exciting time.
Swivel learnt to trust me. She still lives with her kids.
