first of all many thanks to all who answered my post re "new owner" Ive brought a large hutch with a good sized run,ivedecided to keep them in my back yard in a sheltered spot,and bring them in for the coldest months between december and March,unless i think theyre happier outside ...

Hello just oe more question,ive still not decided to keep the ferets indoors or outside,i saw a cage today that would have been suitable for indoors,but im not sure if it is ok cos it has a plastic bottom and sides,which would be gret for cleaning,but would they chew it up?
