Gracie's vet visit29 Sep 2006 20:00 GMT2
Gracie has been on pred for quite awhile and has gained back her
weight.  We added a melatonin implant for the very early signs of
adrenal.
What is wrong is a bad tooth.  My regular vet is out of town for 3 wks.
skinny ferret29 Sep 2006 12:16 GMT6
My daughter has three jills.
One of them has always been thin but is now getting even thinner.
At food time she tends not to go for the meal so readily as the others but
eats well when hand fed.
Milo the Brave27 Sep 2006 02:47 GMT1
Milo, who is certainly not the most affectionate ferret I have been
owned by (he can be a mild biter, never breaks skin), has proven to be
a non-attack ferret! I heard a noise under the stove the other night.
I stayed still, and sure enough soon a little mouse, about 2" long
Thinking about letting Gracie go27 Sep 2006 02:25 GMT2
I have an ill tempered little girl named Gracie.  She was a bad biter

viciously again..  I'm having trouble keeping weight on her and she's
quit eating kibble.  Dan thinks she has bad teeth.  My biggest criteria

Last night the family went to try to find a new buddy for Mick.  We brought
home a little girl and her name is Minnie.  She's the sweetest most curious
little thing that I have ever seen! Her and Mick are getting along great.
Last night was the first night that Mick seemed happy ...

Hi.  We have 2 ferrets Fred and Mick.  They were purchased together in July

A few questions by a soon-to-be owner.21 Sep 2006 04:11 GMT9
Hello, everyone. I've been planning on getting a ferret for a few
months now. I've done plenty of research and I've read just about every
article there is on the internet on them. I know they are a big
responsibility and that one has to spend many hours a day playing with

I live in the mountains and it has been raining here quite a bit and i
let my huskie, Samson, out on the deck of a 2 story duplex, ours is on
top, to get some water.  Well, i didn't notice because i was studying
for school but my ferret, Jumanji, had ran out the door and slipped on

I was commenting to a friend about my ferrets and she mentioned that Paris
Hilton has "several."  I looked it up and, it turns out to be true.  Their
names are Dolce, Gabbana and Cinderella.

Dear Ferret Fans,
My name is Jackie and I'm pretty new to this group. I have three young

Stunt ferret!09 Sep 2006 11:45 GMT18
Crash is really earning his name. He likes to be tossed* onto the bed.
This really excites him and causes him to bounce and babble and hee-hee
all around the bed, and then he runs back to me and wants it done
again. This weekend, I caught him actually jumping off the bed. He's
