I just read-up on previous posts about ferrets that bite. I have come to realize that my lil fur ball of love, Jack, will continue to bite. I adopted Jack from a shelter about a year ago, at that time they told me he was approximately 3 yrs old and new very little about his past.

Our ferrets toenails are black/dark at the base. Is this just a sign that they are getting old or is it something else? Cheers BB
