Picked up the 'rescued' ferrets today , look about 12 weeks old , really boney
, underweight and the way they reacted towards me they have never been handled
No food or water in the pen either
The prevous owners got board with them because they were nasty and bit them ,

....ferrets want OUT of cage.
Jackie will trash the bottom level of the cage if I don't let her out when
she wants to play. arrrghh!  She really makes a mess of it too.  Very
annoying.

Our little Lexie I think has cancer.  She has this mass under/behind her
left front leg.  That's how Leo was, started out with one, then got all over
his body and he lost a lot of his hair.  Had him checked for Adrenial but it

We have a wild mouse that runs around in our house.  We really don't want to
kill it so we let it run.  A couple of times I have noticed what looks

Some people have trouble with ants in their kitchen.
Others have roaches to deal with.
Even mice can be a problem for some.
I've got them all beat.

I "poisoned" the ferrets again yesterday
(Frontline flea-control drops on their shoulder blades).  They immediately
sleep better with fresh flea-killing power.  Hope this ends the problem.
I'll have to buy more next month if it doesn't.  Maybe I can find

As Sammyferret mentioned, Comcast is discontinuing its free access to
newgroups.  It turns out there are many no cost and low cost alternatives.
Google "free newsgroup access" or low cost newsgroup access" for a survey of
the options.  One of them is google groups.  It should be ...
