I just lost a couple of orange gouramis - the LFS found nothing out of the
ordinary with a water test, by the way and the other fish seem fine - and I
am thinking of adding these:
1 male betta fish

I have 8 honey gouramis in my tank.  Four normal coloration, and four that
are called "gold" honey gouramis at my LFS.  My LFS told me (verified in
books and online) that honey gouramis are usually colorless in the store
tanks, but change to their reddish orange / black stripe ...
