i know you can add various things to your water to buffer the ph towards a certain value, that value being different depending exactly which mineral(s) you add, but does anyone know what will buffer to a ph of 7?

ive got 2 of them in a 40litre aquarium and have added 2 Leopard danios and theres no problem. However, we will be getting a 190litre tank at some point and again will be setting up as a tropical.

Well, the LFS never did order the female bettas from me, so i ended up getting one at Meijer's (a food/clothing/everything store). i added 1 fake plant and let it float at the surface incase they didn't get a long, so there would be more hiding areas. anyway, as far as i've

We have a fairly new pond of about 8 weeks, the pool stays very clear as we have an ultra voilet light, and an air machine and pump. But we seem to have picked up blanket weed we don't know if it came on a plant we bought or if this is a common problem with ponds, any advise
