I have a 20 gallon tank with 2 (3 spot blue gourami, about 3.5-4 inch each) and I wanted some suggestions as what else can I add to the tank. I know gouramis are quite territorial and they donot get so well along with others. Thanks

Do any of you use pleco's? Is there like a pleco per gallon rule or something? For bottom feeders I have two Cory's and one 6" pleco in a 55g tank. The Cory's only eat food off the bottom and the pleco just hangs out

I've always had OK plants, but never really had pearling and lustrous green growth. so recently I've started buying fertilizer for the plants. But I've got to say it's more expensive than the keeping fish. More a question for the guys from the states as it'll be cheaper there. What

When I take the reading for GH using my hot water ( have a water softener installed) the GH is 6. Using the cold water the GH is 1. After leaving the hot water to cool the GH is 6. Can anyone explain this?
