Right, after massacring 2 goldfish, 3 fantails and a black moor during my abortive first attempts at amateur fishkeeping, I've done all my homework and am now pretty much ready to start over again. I'm using a 21 litre tank, and have been trying to cycle it for 2 weeks now

| Sound transfer from air to Aquarium? | 24 Oct 2006 11:20 GMT | 3 |
I had to suck up some water with the Shop Vac (not fishy related) and I was expecting the noise to freak out the fish, but they did not seem to react at all. Does the sound transfer that poorly from the air to the tank? Or does the frequency of the sound impact their reaction?
