...The kind of stuff that you can hand- create and shape into forms
with little places for the fishes to hide in.  I would like to learn how
to do this not only for my own eight tanks, but also to possibly make a

I've had a Bala for a short while now and He's capable of taking shrimp  
pellets 'whole'.   I fear he could expire from digestive issues.  Is this  
the norm for these minnows?

I have not checked the water chemistry, but it is clean, not debris,
and nearly odorless. I tried flakes, algae waffers, and a even
lettuce. He is always sucking or stuck to walls or the raiser tube. Is

I have an 8 gallon tank with some Gold X-Ray Tetras and Red Minor Serpae
Tetras.  I have a 125 Biowheel for filtration.  The lights are on only 6
hours a day.  I do water changes every 2-3 weeks.  It gets constant algae.
